FSHB: Fully Washed, Strictly Hard Bean. Fully washed is the process by which the fruit is separated from the 'bean' while SHB is the designation that indicates the altitued at which the plants are grown. The best coffees are grown avove 1200 meteres (4k feet) above sea level.
